The CBF is audited annually by the respected firm of McGladrey & Pullen. The CBF’s audits and 990 tax returns for the past three years are available below.

The CBF’s financial statements for the last three years reflect growth and positive results for the past two years after a more challenging year in 2009 when the CBF drew heavily on reserves to maintain our grants and program capacity at a time of heightened need as a result of the economic downturn.  While like many other institutions and nonprofits, the CBF saw its net assets and total revenues significantly decline as a result of the economic downturn, the CBF has worked hard to stabilize and grow its grants and net assets over the past two years and is in a strong position looking ahead to the future.
