Each year, CBA members have an opportunity to easily make a contribution to support equal access to justice through the CBF check off on their annual CBA dues statement. Thousands of CBA members make contributions in this convenient manner, collectively providing key support for the CBF's efforts in our community.
Tax-Deductible Contributions
The CBF is a charitable, nonprofit charitable organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, and as such, all contributions are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Your contribution also counts towards the Illinois Supreme Court's Pro Bono Reporting Rule, Rule 756(f).
